This exclusive project, the Residence Abbey View, is located in the centre of town in Na Moráni street next to the Charles Square. Perfect location, charming panoramic view of the closter Emauza not far from the Vltava river (riverside), complete interior reconstruction and the high standard equipment suits primarily to demanding clients.
We managed to renovate sensitively 12 luxury apartments giving privacy and safety in the capital city centre. Each apartment was individualy projected by respected architectural office ARTIGA. Living rooms are sunny and oriented only to the south. Bedrooms are on the other hand turned to quiet courtyard and offer relaxation.
The house was built in 1901 by Mr. Bohdan Pudlač (also e.g. The Theater Bad Bohdaneč). Its artistic formation places great emphasis for representative view as exterior, that is visible on the decorative facade, as in the interior setting. The house was projected for high-standart living of high society. The statue studio was built at the same time as the house, in 1903. That still keeps its unique atmosphere.
